School Days Workshop!

A wonderful consultant Dana Kessler designed this wonderful workshop to share with our customers.  I am so excited about this workshop. I have made the sample one for my daughter, and can't wait to make my sons (he just started Kindergarten this year)

Come and spend 3 hours with me and make a complete school years album! Grades K-12!

I will cut ALL the pieces for you! You will come and do some stamping and put the base pages together and leave with the layouts completed!

You have 3 options for this workshop

Base workshop: includes supplies to make a 2 page 12 x 12 layout, one for each grade
Plus: includes the above, base pages, 5X7 flip flaps and memory maker insert
Deluxe" include all the above plus 12 X 12 page protectors

Base pages and 12x12 page protectors are items that many crafters have- so if you have your own you can use those.  Base pages need to be white. If you want to purchase one of our albums to use, you can find them on my Website

You will need to bring 13 zip lock baggies, your trimmer, scissors and LOTS of adhesive!

Workshop dates are Friday Oct 7 (evening) RSVP and prepay deposit due Wed Sept 21st
Second option: Sunday Oct 23rd (afternoon) RSVP and prepay deposit due Monday Oct 3rd.

Deposit is $55 and due when signing up for the workshop.  Remainder is due day of workshop.

Sneak Peek School Years Workshop

Fun with the Calypso Workshop Your Way Kit

I had a lot of fun working with this kit!  Here are some of my projects!

This layout shows the "non summer" types of paper- (even though I did use it for summer!)

This layout has fun pineapple paper!  the title card and other 2 cards are picture my life cards

 This layout is a 2 page layout with a Picture my life page in between, The 3 places with no pictures have either Picture My Life Cards, or paper from the kit cut to fit.also with a flip flap on the left side.

Flip flap is open here-but i took the picture of this before I put the picture in the other side of the flip flap! 

This is the back of the picture my life insert and the right side of the layout.  I just love the little flamingos on the paper and the water color patterned paper background.  The journaling is on a picture my life card. 

This layout I made a 12X 12 flip flap.  I had so many pictures from the Polynesian Resort I coudnt get them all on a layout. This layout also has a picture my life page in between the pages. 

Here is the 12X 12 flip flap open. This was made by using another page protector.  I will do a blog post on that separately. 

The next 4 pages are all picture my life pages with picture my life cards from CTMH convention this year!  

 I made about 8 cards like the ones below.  I used the black washi flamingo tape, our Tickled Pink stamp set and thin cuts.  I did a short video on using these which I will link to below. 

So I was able to scrap a ton of pictures with this kit and make some cards!  The Workshops my Way are great values!
