Its been a while!

I am so sorry its been a while everyone!  I’ve been so crazy!  I was the photographer for my best friends wedding right after Thanksgiving.  Then the following week a tragedy hit our group of friends when we found out about the death of a college friend of ours.  He died in his sleep.  That was very hard on a lot of us.  Prayers for his family would be appreciated!

The rest of the time I’ve been working on christmas cards and projects.  here are some pictures!

Its been a while!

Sorry for the late posting!  I’ve been really busy!  But I had a good crafting weekend, I ran out of of every type of adhesive I had!

i’m off to asheville!

well, here are some projects i worked on this week.  a few layouts and Mare’s wedding invitations which i’ll be hand delivering tomorrow!  i havent seen mare for almost 5 years. then friday i’ll head over to the sorority reunion in asheville!  complete with a trip to biltmore and the winery!  :)

Monday September 28th: Time to stamp!! Stamp camp! $10 fee! Come and make some cards! This workshop will be monthly, on the last Monday of the month. We will make between 5-10 cards each month depending on the complexity of the cards!! RSVP by Tuesday September 8th.

My crafty weekend!

Well I got a lot done this weekend!! Projects for club gatherings, an ornament with jingle papers and finished my creations cube.

CTMH album. I’m doing it 9X9, but using layouts from cherish and imagine (if you have these books and want to do 9X9 layouts, multiply all the dimensions by .75 to get the dimensions for the 9X9

 

The tube is one of our My Accents tubes that I altered, and another composition book I altered.

lots of news!

Well I missed leadership convention this year and I was so bummed!  Lots of great announcements though, I am so excited!  Lots of great improvements to our already great programs!  And a new product, studioj!!  This will go live in the spring and I can’t wait!!  The fall idea book will go live Sept 1, its awesome!  contact me to book your September gathering!

Its time to start making items to sell at the two big craft fairs I’m doing this fall.  Here is one of my altered composition books.  Hopefully I’ll be more productive this week than I was this weekend! HAHA!  Although i did get a lot of organization done with my CTMH papers and stuff, so thats good!

This weekend I worked on some Thank you cards my cousin Ashley asked me to make. She just changed salons and trying to build her new clientele.  And I made a little box for them.  She wants 40 of them, but I ran out of the type of the paper I was using so I have to order some more!  I got 20 of them completed though!

Had a good DSN meeting Thursday night with some cute ideas with items from the dollar store.

chris left for band camp today, he’ll be back later this week so we’ll see how our week goes! Hopefully the weather will be good for them up there! 

Tomorrow we are headed to the pool with jen and the kids and then to see my step mom’s family for dinner!  They are all in town this week!
